Privacy Policy

DRAFT — last updated: replace before launch. Have this reviewed by a professional before publishing to the app stores.

Vectrr is designed to be private by default. The core game runs fully offline and does not require an account. This policy explains what limited data we handle and why.

Voice is processed on your device

Vectrr's voice control uses on-device speech recognition. Microphone audio is processed locally on your phone to recognise ATC commands and is never transmitted, uploaded, or stored off your device. We do not record or retain your voice. The microphone permission is optional — the game is fully playable with touch controls only.

The game works offline

Single-player gameplay requires no internet connection. Airport data, procedures, and traffic generation are bundled into the app. Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

Optional account & cloud features

If you choose to create an account on vectrr.app (for the waitlist, or for optional features such as syncing session replays), we store the email address you provide and the data you choose to sync. These are held in our backend (Supabase) solely to provide the feature. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact below.

Waitlist

If you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address only to notify you when Vectrr is available, and to send occasional launch updates. We do not sell or share it. You can unsubscribe or request removal at any time.

What we don't do

No advertising SDKs. No selling of personal data. No third-party tracking of your gameplay. Any analytics, if added, will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.

Children

Vectrr is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
